Fender has released a new Tone Master series based on original Deluxe and Twin Reverb Tube Guitar Amps. These Amps use Digital Modelling technology to produce indistinguishable tonal qualities of the well-known original series. Both the new Deluxe and Twin Reverb digital amps were launched at Summer NAMM 2019.
Tone Master Deluxe Reverb Amp
It features a 100W Digital Power Amp to mimic the original 22W Tube Amp. In order to match with the traditional exceptional C12K Speaker, the new Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb Amp uses Single Jensen N-12K Neodymium Speaker. Fender chose to keep the Front Panel the same as the original ones. However, the back panel is modified so that the amp could meet the demands of modern users. Some of the new features include Power Attenuation Switch with 5 levels of control, XLR line Output with IR(Impulse Response), Mute Switch, and a USB Port which will only be used for Firmware Upgrades.
Tone Master Twin Reverb Amp
The Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb Amp features the same speaker used in the Tone Master Deluxe Amp but the difference is that the Twin version uses two of them. Because of this, Fender equips a 200W Digital Power Amp which produces the same tonal effects as the original 85W Tube Amp. Same as the Deluxe model, the front panel mimics the vintage amp but the back panel is modified just like the new Deluxe Amp but the attenuation range on the twin amp differs from the deluxe one.
